TabbyFlow ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in via Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive or store your password.

Usage Data: We track daily usage counts for plan enforcement and analytics. We do not store conversation content on our servers.

Payment Information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to authenticate you, enforce usage limits, process payments, and improve the service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare (hosting), AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google), Stripe (payments), and Google/Microsoft (authentication and integrations).

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. All traffic is served over HTTPS.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request full account deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

You may access, export, or delete your data at any time. You may disconnect integrations, which immediately deletes stored tokens.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) for authentication. No tracking cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
