TabbyFlow provides AI-powered tools and services. The service is provided by TabbyFlow ("we", "our", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TabbyFlow .

3. Account & Authentication

You sign in using Google or Microsoft OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TabbyFlow to generate illegal or harmful content, harass others, distribute malware, or circumvent security measures.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided "as-is." You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before relying on them.

6. Plans & Billing

TabbyFlow offers free and paid plans billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. AI-generated content created at your request is yours to use. The TabbyFlow brand and codebase remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
